What you will do

• Lead complex, multi-phase projects from concept through completion.
• Define requirements, balance resources, and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
• Build dashboards and automated reports in Advanced Excel, including macros and pivot tables.
• Identify project risks and lead corrective action plans.
• Manage leadership and client stakeholders, provide status reporting, and resolve time-critical issues.

Requirements

• Senior-level project management experience.
• Proficiency with MS Project and sophisticated schedules and dependencies.
• Advanced Excel skills for data modeling and reporting, including macros and pivot tables.
• Experience developing sustainable process improvements and quality-control measures.
• Ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work in Richmond, Virginia, United States.
