Senior Project Manager (Waste Management)

Location: USA, MA, East Taunton

Salary: $100,400–$133,500 USD per annum

What you will do

• Manage multiple transportation and waste disposal projects from proposal development through execution, billing support, and closeout.
• Attend bid walks, discuss project scopes with clients, develop proposals, and ensure contractual agreements are in place.
• Prepare accurate work orders and JSAs, track schedules, coordinate drivers and subcontractors, and participate in project meetings.
• Conduct project kickoffs and regular site visits, communicate with clients and field personnel, and monitor customer satisfaction.
• Identify and mitigate project-specific health and safety hazards while maintaining compliance, budgeted profitability, and schedule performance.
• Support account growth, conflict resolution, employee guidance, and 24-hour emergency response for customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Construction, or Engineering.
• Five years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid OSHA 10-hour and/or OSHA 30-hour certification and 40-hour HAZWOPER certification with a current 8-hour refresher.
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations, HAZWOPER regulations, company safety policies, and project management processes.
• Ability to perform field visits, work directly with drivers, manage personal work hours, and communicate effectively across project stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Water treatment and/or solidification experience.
• PMP certification.
• CHMM certification.
