Senior Manager - Transform AI Strategy & Innovation (AI)

What you will do

• Define and execute enterprise-wide AI transformation programs aligned with the strategic goal of becoming an AI-native organization.
• Identify high-impact transformation opportunities and design scalable operating models, governance structures, funding mechanisms, and value realization plans.
• Lead initiatives covering AI adoption, innovation, workforce transformation, capability development, change management, and business process modernization.
• Build alignment across business units, technology, HR, finance, marketing, delivery, workforce transformation, and executive leadership.
• Launch enterprise programs, innovation challenges, leadership forums, transformation campaigns, and engagement initiatives.
• Track adoption, participation, innovation outcomes, business impact, and value realization while institutionalizing successful initiatives.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in enterprise transformation, strategic programs, innovation management, business strategy, consulting, organizational change, or cross-functional leadership.
• Demonstrated success launching, scaling, and institutionalizing enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
• Strong expertise in operating model design, governance frameworks, transformation architecture, organizational effectiveness, and stakeholder management.
• Working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, workforce evolution, digital transformation, and technology-enabled business transformation.
• Ability to influence senior leaders, build consensus, resolve cross-functional challenges, and convert ambiguity into scalable solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, business, management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced qualification is preferred.
