MNF-BE Maintenance Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Develop new or modified process formulations and define equipment requirements and specifications.
• Lead projects for new equipment, equipment improvements, and backend test quality-system enhancements.
• Identify equipment risks, maintain EFMEA records, develop reject trends, and close corrective actions.
• Review QA roving-audit findings and monitor the effectiveness of implemented improvement actions.
• Support buy-off activities for new equipment, designs, and processes, including product and process qualification and validation.
• Investigate customer complaints and internal quality incidents with project and process teams.

Requirements

• Experience with semiconductor backend equipment engineering, manufacturing, or testing processes.
• Ability to lead equipment and continuous-improvement projects.
• Knowledge of equipment risk management, EFMEA, quality systems, and corrective actions.
• Experience coordinating qualification and validation activities for new products, processes, or equipment.
• Ability to work with cross-functional project, quality, and process teams.
