TL;DR

Process and Equipment Tech (Electroplating): Setting up plating lines, recipes, chemical baths, loaders, unloaders, and related semiconductor assembly equipment with an accent on electroplating processes and machine maintenance. Focus on chemical additions, filtration and leaching, anode replenishment, equipment changeovers, and servicing pumps, rectifiers, and blowers.

What you will do

Set up plating lines according to process specifications and configure recipes based on product requirements.
Set up and maintain plating baths and equipment used in electroplating.
Add chemicals based on laboratory analysis and perform chemical filtration and leaching activities.
Carry out anode top-up activities for assigned plating lines.
Set up plating line loaders and unloaders and perform loader and unloader changeovers.
Maintain plating machines, fittings, pumps, rectifiers, and blowers.

Requirements

Diploma in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline.
Previous experience in electroplating within semiconductor assembly.
