Learning & Development Officer (Operations Training): Conducting and evaluating weekly training for new and existing operations employees with an accent on training delivery, module development, and coordination with operations leaders. is hiring for a learning and development role supporting operations training and broader employee development activities.
What you will do
- Conduct and evaluate weekly training for operations new joiners and existing employees.
- Coordinate training delivery with operations leaders.
- Develop and facilitate training modules for operations teams.
- Report daily, weekly, and monthly operations training activities to the L&D Manager.
- Support non-operations training and facilitate refreshment programs when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent public speaking, communication, and presentation skills.
- Confidence, a people-oriented approach, and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint.
- Basic ability to use Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro.
