TL;DR
E-Learning Developer (Articulate Storyline): Developing and redesigning technical and procedural e-learning modules for the NATO AEW&C Force with an accent on instructional soundness, multimedia production, and technical accuracy. Focus on transforming operational procedures into interactive learning products, coordinating with subject matter experts, and maintaining visual consistency and quality across deliverables.
Location: On-site in Geilenkirchen, Germany; remote work and teleworking are not available.

What you will do
- Develop and redesign technical and procedural e-learning modules in Articulate Storyline.
- Create and refine graphics, animations, and interactive components using Adobe multimedia tools.
- Interpret technical and operational procedure materials and represent them accurately in training products.
- Collaborate daily with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and project personnel in a multinational environment.
- Maintain technical accuracy, visual consistency, version control, documentation, and quality assurance across deliverables.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of digital learning products and production workflows.
Requirements
- English at C1 level as the sole working language during the project.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience and a portfolio demonstrating e-learning development with Articulate Storyline.
- Thorough working knowledge of Articulate Storyline, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Animate, and Premiere Pro.
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and user-experience considerations.
- Ability to convert technical and procedural subject matter into structured learning solutions while following standards and procedures.
- Legal authorization to work in Germany; security clearance requirements, if applicable, will be communicated separately.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting training design in technical, aviation, military, or engineering domains.
- Experience working in international or multicultural environments.
