TL;DR
E-Learning Developer: Redesign and develop technical and procedural e-learning training materials for NATO AEW&C Force using Articulate Storyline with an accent on multimedia production, graphics, and animations. Focus on interpreting complex operational procedures, ensuring instructional soundness, technical accuracy, and visual consistency across modules.
Location: On-site in Geilenkirchen, Germany. Open to candidates legally authorized to work in Germany. Remote work or teleworking is not available.

What you will do
- Develop and redesign e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline per NATO standards.
- Produce graphics, animations, and interactive components with Adobe tools.
- Interpret technical source materials like operational procedures for accurate training content.
- Collaborate daily with SMEs, instructional designers, and project team.
- Ensure technical accuracy, visual consistency, and adherence to workflows including version control and QA.
- Contribute to improving digital learning products and production processes.
Requirements
- Excellent command of English (C1 level), written and spoken.
- 5+ years experience with portfolio in e-learning content using Articulate Storyline.
- Thorough knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Animate, and PremierePro.
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and user-experience considerations.
- Ability to transform technical/procedural content into structured learning solutions.
- Experience in international/multicultural environments.
Nice to have
- Experience in technical, aviation, military, or engineering training design.
