Professional Education Trainer (Injection Molding)

What you will do

• Plan, organize, deliver, and monitor apprentice training in injection molding, mechanical and electrical engineering, pneumatics, and electro-pneumatics.
• Provide technical, pedagogical, and disciplinary supervision for apprentices and coordinate their operational assignments.
• Evaluate apprentice competencies, conduct appraisals, identify development needs, and define support measures.
• Create training sections, curricula, learning methods, teaching resources, and assessment materials for defined occupational groups.
• Coordinate with vocational school teachers, parents or guardians, audit committees, and operational departments.
• Support apprenticeship planning, recruitment, and candidate selection.

Requirements

• University degree in a technical field.
• At least 2 years of experience in CNC technology and pneumatics or electro-pneumatics components.
• Broad knowledge of foaming, injection molding, and injection molding mechanics maintenance.
• Strong skills in handling and managing apprentices, trainees, and employees.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Intermediate English required; German is an advantage. Strong communication and analytical skills, customer orientation, and willingness to learn.
