What you will do

• Plan, organize, perform, and monitor training in injection molding, pneumatics, and electro-pneumatics; supervise apprentices.
• Provide technical and pedagogical supervision; verify apprenticeship content and support operational locations.
• Evaluate apprentices, conduct appraisals, determine potentials, and propose measures or transfers.
• Develop training content, methods, and resources; plan operational use of apprentices.
• Collaborate with vocational schools, teachers, and parents; organize checks and participate in audit committees.
• Cooperate on apprenticeship needs, recruiting, and selection.

Requirements

• University degree in a technical field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in CNC technology, pneumatics, and electro-pneumatics.
• Broad knowledge in foaming, injection molding, and maintenance of injection molding mechanics.
• Excellent skills in handling and managing apprentices, trainees, and employees.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Intermediate English; German advantageous.
• High communication, analytical skills, customer orientation, and willingness to learn.
