What you will do

• Manage existing equipment-finance customer relationships in partnership with senior management.
• Solicit existing customers and originate new financing opportunities, including through bid letters and publicly funded project awards.
• Assess customer experience, financial condition, collateral, and financing needs to structure appropriate solutions.
• Use industry, customer, supplier, vendor, and public-data intelligence to support business development and address potential delinquencies.
• Represent the organization in the marketplace and collaborate with management and support teams to improve efficiency and generate opportunities.
• Support sales training through meetings, conference calls, trade shows, and one-on-one calls while adhering to risk and regulatory controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of relevant experience, or 11 years of combined higher education and work experience including at least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in construction, transportation, and waste industry verticals.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to follow risk, regulatory, internal-control, and audit requirements.

Nice to have

• Prior credit underwriting experience.
