Salary: $148,400 – $233,200.

What you will do
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for Chief Risk Officers and senior executives at mortgage lenders and investors.
- Provide expert guidance on mortgage-specific regulatory compliance including QM/ATR, TRID, HMDA, and GSE requirements.
- Develop business cases demonstrating ROI through reduced buyback risk and improved loan quality.
- Collaborate with underwriting and compliance teams to optimize loan decisioning and ensure fair lending alignment.
- Monitor GSE credit score requirements and pricing adjustments to proactively advise clients on portfolio impacts.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer on mortgage analytics, including loss mitigation and early payment default prevention.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Substantial experience in mortgage credit risk management and investor buy guides.
- Proven track record of executive-level partnership development within the mortgage servicing ecosystem.
- Deep knowledge of the mortgage regulatory landscape including QM/ATR, TRID, HMDA, and ECOA.
- Strong understanding of mortgage credit risk fundamentals, loan decisioning, and portfolio performance management.
- Ability to travel 25% to 35% for partner meetings and industry conferences.
