What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for workflow engineering and product expertise for strategic accounts.
• Lead client workflow analysis, configuration, and integration processes from pre-pilot through production.
• Document and index bespoke product workflows for strategic accounts to support internal business units.
• Advocate for client needs internally to product and support teams to ensure long-term success.
• Identify and pursue revenue expansion opportunities through cross-selling and new product adoption.
• Provide day-to-day operational support and act as a subject matter expert for product capabilities.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Proven experience in workflow engineering, client discovery, and solutioning.
• Strong understanding of business use cases, market analysis, and go-to-market planning.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Outstanding communication and writing skills.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
