2026 New College Graduate Process Support Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Support customers through on-site installations, system diagnoses, service, and repair of complex semiconductor equipment.
• Collaborate with customers and R&D teams to develop processes for advanced semiconductor chip manufacturing.
• Design hypothesis experiments and DOEs, analyze experimental data statistically, and prepare technical reports.
• Troubleshoot complex process and customer product issues and perform root cause analyses.
• Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to establish trust and achieve technical goals.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in chemistry, physics, materials engineering, electrical engineering, optoelectronics, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent English and Mandarin.
• Applicants should be 2026 graduating students or recent graduates; prior industry experience is not required.
