Mechanical Developer (Semiconductor Equipment)

hirify.global develops and supports high-tech semiconductor lithography equipment, including PAS 5500 and XT-1-2-3 systems.

What you will do

• Redesign, create, integrate, and test mechanical sub-modules for the PAS 5500 product line.
• Design mechanical layouts, tooling, welded frames and covers, and mixed pneumatic/mechatronic modules.
• Manage development projects, including supplier transfers, stakeholder coordination, and integration into lithography systems.
• Define test specifications and ensure prototypes are built and tested according to requirements.
• Lead mechanical repair, refurbishment, troubleshooting, and structural solution development for PAS systems.
• Transfer engineering changes to manufacturing, customer support, and suppliers while maintaining technical product documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering and more than 5 years of experience in technical areas.
• Experience with mechanical design, module concept development, prototyping, testing, and supplier manufacturing.
• Experience with 3D/2D modeling and drafting for individual parts and assemblies.
• Project management experience and the ability to investigate manufacturing issues and deliver customer solutions.
• Basic mechanical statics calculation and analysis skills; finite element analysis experience is beneficial.
• Good English and Mandarin proficiency required.

• System, module, or mechatronics design experience.
• Lifting and hoisting tool design experience.
