What you will do

• Re-design, create, and test sub-modules for the PAS 5500 product line within system specifications and cost constraints.
• Perform high-quality mechanical layout, tooling, and mixed pneumatic/mechatronic module design.
• Manage development projects and supplier transfer activities to integrate solutions into systems.
• Define test specifications and ensure prototypes are built and tested accordingly.
• Lead mechanical aspects of repairs and refurbishment, providing both quick fixes and structural solutions.
• Create technical product documentation using 3D modeling and BOM structures for suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
• Over 5 years of working experience in technical areas and project management experience.
• Proficiency in 3D/2D modeling, drafting, and converting specifications into module designs.
• Ability to perform basic mechanical statics calculation and analysis.
• Good English and Mandarin proficiency.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology as defined by US Export Administration Regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
• System, module, and mechatronics design experience.
• Experience in lifting and hoisting tool design.
• Background in Quality & Efficiency improvement and cost reduction projects.
