Salary: $108,000–$148,500 per year

What you will do

• Define project and program objectives, outcomes, milestones, viability studies, and resource plans.
• Deliver assigned projects and programs according to product and process specifications, budgets, resource plans, and timelines.
• Document project, program, and process development and communicate information across functional areas.
• Manage the effective use of material and financial resources while collaborating with staff to maximize productivity.
• Lead research and development of new technologies and incorporate new processes, designs, and methodologies into products and services.
• Ensure compliance with company policies related to engineering and laboratory notebooks, patents, confidentiality, and safety.

Requirements

• Depth and/or breadth of expertise in a specialized discipline or field.
• Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices.
• Experience leading functional teams or projects with moderate resources, risks, and complexity.
• Ability to solve complex problems using analytical judgment and innovative approaches.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in environments that may require extended standing, movement in tight spaces, use of hand and power tools, and distinguishing between colors.
