PD Program Manager (Medical Devices)

Location: Lafayette, Colorado, or Boxborough, Massachusetts, United States; onsite four days per week with less than 10% travel.

Salary: $138,400–$207,600 USD annually, plus eligibility for the hirify.global Incentive Plan.

What you will do

• Lead released-product sustainment projects for Navigation portfolio products from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, quality, regulatory, operations, supply chain, and manufacturing.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, resource plans, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate product changes, component obsolescence, supplier-driven changes, manufacturing improvements, and compliance initiatives to maintain supply continuity.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues while managing scope, priorities, stakeholder expectations, and project communications.
• Provide status updates, metrics, and recommendations to leadership and support continuous improvement through project management best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of relevant program or project management experience, or an advanced degree and at least three years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Strong organizational and strategic skills with the ability to lead cross-functional projects in a matrixed environment.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required at hire and throughout employment; sponsorship is not available for roles below Principal level.
• For degrees earned outside the United States, the degree must satisfy the applicable requirements under 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A).

Nice to have

• Experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or other highly regulated industries.
• Experience with product sustainment, lifecycle management, post-market, or released-product projects.
• Knowledge of design controls, risk management, change management, product compliance, supply continuity, and obsolescence management.
• Experience with navigation, imaging, robotics, spinal, or capital equipment products.
• PMP, Agile, or another project management certification, plus experience leading geographically dispersed teams.
