Senior Engineer, Manufacturing Engineering (Manufacturing Capacity and Industry 4.0): Supporting production capacity, productivity, cost improvement, and manufacturing output analysis with an accent on OEE/TEEP metrics, line setup, and production ramp-up. Focus on resolving capacity gaps, improving manufacturing processes, coordinating equipment investments, and developing digital applications using AI and Industry 4.0 technologies.
Location: Amphoe Si Maha Phot, Prachin Buri, Thailand; onsite manufacturing environment

What you will do
- Support the Manufacturing Engineering team in resolving production capacity issues and analyzing output gaps.
- Contribute to productivity, DGR, OEE, and TEEP improvement through data analysis and process studies.
- Support capacity line setup, line conversion, scheduling, and production ramp-up activities.
- Coordinate manufacturing cost improvement projects and assist with capital budget requests, purchase requisitions, and equipment order tracking.
- Create or support digital applications using AI, Industry 4.0, and other digital technologies to improve manufacturing efficiency.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Early Career candidates with 0–2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Fundamental understanding of manufacturing processes, production flow, capacity concepts, productivity improvement, line balancing, cycle time, and throughput.
- Introductory knowledge of OEE/TEEP, manufacturing cost concepts, capacity analysis, and structured problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with clear communication and technical presentation skills.
- Willingness to work hands-on in a production environment and collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering and Operations teams.
Nice to have
- Internship, co-op, or project experience in manufacturing or production.
- Exposure to line setup, line conversion, production ramp-up, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement.
- Experience with data analysis tools, dashboards, basic simulations, AI, automation, smart manufacturing, or digital factory concepts.
