Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Remote within Europe, with the option to work from Stuttgart; candidates must be based in Germany.

Contract: Fixed-term employment for approximately 12 months as parental-leave cover.

hirify.global is presenting the role on behalf of a partner company developing a technology-driven B2B procurement platform for a complex industrial environment.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end UI/UX design for complex, workflow-driven digital products.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and stakeholders from discovery and problem definition through implementation.
• Conduct user interviews, shadowing, usability testing, workshops, and quantitative research.
• Create wireframes, interaction flows, visual assets, mockups, and low- and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Analyze product experiences, identify friction, and iterate through continuous testing and feedback.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system, documenting outcomes for continued use beyond the assignment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional digital product design experience with a portfolio showing complex, workflow-oriented software.
• Strong experience with B2B products or similarly complex domains.
• Fluent German, written and spoken, is required; strong English is required for internal collaboration.
• Advanced Figma proficiency, including creating and extending design systems.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative user research, prototyping, and research-based validation.
• Experience collaborating with Product Management and Engineering throughout the product development lifecycle, plus practical AI use in design workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing, procurement, logistics, or another industrial domain.
• Experience working in international and cross-functional product teams.
