Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Remote Spain; the role may also work from the offices in Lisbon or Barcelona.

What you will do

• Lead design strategy across product squads and translate business goals and user needs into product direction.
• Use AI-native workflows and tools such as Lovable, Claude, Cursor, and Figma Make to prototype and iterate directly in code.
• Define reusable Agentic Experience patterns and scalable components for the Nexus design system.
• Mentor designers, lead critiques and design reviews, and raise craft and quality standards.
• Partner with Product and Engineering on experience strategy, technical feasibility, success metrics, and measurable outcomes.
• Conduct user research and experiments, gather feedback, and iterate on complex product experiences.

Requirements

• Proven UX or digital product design experience with a portfolio showing shipped work, live prototypes, and measurable business impact.
• Active experience using AI tools as a core part of the design practice, with the ability to teach others to use them.
• Experience building or contributing to design systems, including code components, and collaborating closely with Engineering.
• Proven experience mentoring and developing designers and providing candid, structured feedback.
• Strong product and business thinking, including strategic problem framing and defining success metrics.
• Excellent English communication and influence skills required.
