Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Lausanne, Switzerland; hybrid work model balancing office and remote work

What you will do

• Define user experiences for new and existing product capabilities.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, designers, and customers across multiple agile teams.
• Develop wireframes and prototypes to communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Create clear, aesthetically appealing, and consistent solutions to complex product problems.
• Research customer needs and test early prototypes and released features.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Designer, User Experience Designer, Interaction Designer, or in a similar role.
• Expert knowledge of Figma.
• Experience with AI-assisted design tools and workflows, including Figma Make, code-to-design features, or MCP.
• Strong attention to detail and a user-first approach.
• Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Full professional proficiency in English, spoken and written, and an online portfolio or work samples.

Nice to have

• Technical background or experience designing technical products.
• French language skills.
