Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Tel Aviv, hybrid; 3 days per week from the Tel Aviv office

What you will do

• Own product design end-to-end, from discovery and research through flows, high-fidelity visuals, prototyping, developer handoff, QA, launch, and iteration.
• Run 2–3 parallel design workstreams while maintaining a high craft and UX quality bar.
• Use AI tools for research synthesis, ideation, copy, prototyping, and specification writing.
• Build prototypes to validate product ideas quickly.
• Extend and document the design system and introduce new patterns.
• Partner with product managers and engineers on problem framing, trade-offs, feasibility, and detailed handoff.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS and fast-moving startup environments.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating product craft, attention to detail, and thoughtful interaction design.
• Experience owning design initiatives from discovery and research through execution, QA, launch, and iteration.
• Strong product thinking and the ability to connect design decisions with user needs, business goals, and product outcomes.
• Experience using user research, product data, dashboards, and competitive analysis to inform decisions.
• Ability to work across parallel initiatives and collaborate with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
