Security Systems Coordinator (CCURE)

What you will do

• Maintain databases, system programming, documentation, and preventive maintenance for electronic security platforms across hirify.global locations.
• Administer access control systems, including employee and vendor badging, badge templates, user creation, and reporting.
• Support CCTV/VMS administration, camera additions, DVR/VMS programming, user access, and troubleshooting.
• Assist with intrusion and alarm system programming, monthly burglar-system testing, and monitoring equipment coordination.
• Coordinate vendors, service and maintenance work, service logs, tickets, and issue resolution.
• Support security system design, implementation planning, investigations, incident verification, reporting, and staff training materials.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience with physical security systems, access control, CCTV, or related technical support.
• Working knowledge of CCURE or comparable access control platforms.
• Working knowledge of CCTV/VMS platforms and basic troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting intrusion or burglar alarm systems or similar monitoring technology.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and reporting tools, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze information, solve practical problems, follow technical instructions, and handle confidential employee and security information.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting enterprise security systems across multiple sites or regions.
• Experience creating training materials, SOPs, job aids, or user documentation.
• Experience coordinating with IT, Facilities, vendors, and regional business partners.
• CPR certification or other emergency-response training.
• Familiarity with incident reporting, service ticketing, and preventive maintenance workflows.
