Location: New York City, NY; fully on-site position
Hourly pay: $28–$34 USD

operates major live entertainment and sports venues, including Madison Square Garden, Radio City Music Hall, Beacon Theatre, The Chicago Theatre, and Infosys Theater.
What you will do
- Monitor CCTV systems, video analytics, access control platforms, visitor management systems, and video, door, and duress alarms.
- Conduct social media and OSINT monitoring to identify emerging threats, risks, and reputational concerns.
- Maintain situational awareness of venue operations, local events, weather, and external factors affecting security.
- Verify employee status, issue and disable badges, and provide real-time video tracking for persons of interest.
- Respond to routine and emergency calls, dispatch security, emergency response, facilities, police, fire, and EMS personnel, and escalate incidents according to protocol.
- Maintain incident records, communication logs, dispatch records, system alerts, incident summaries, and shift reports.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a security operations center, dispatch center, or comparable real-time monitoring environment.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Working knowledge of CCTV, access control, and alarm monitoring technology, including basic troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication, critical thinking, attention to detail, multitasking, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, split days off, and flexible shifts in a 24/7 environment.
