Solution Architect (Professional Services)

What you will do

• Design hirify.global solution architectures based on customer requirements, infrastructure, and best practices.
• Lead technical implementations from initial setup through production cutover.
• Translate pre-sales designs into low-level design documentation, sizing, configuration standards, and architecture diagrams.
• Assess infrastructure readiness, perform health checks, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Test and validate backup, recovery, failover, and performance of deployed solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex implementation issues and create as-built documentation, runbooks, and knowledge-transfer materials.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Implementation Consultant, or in a similar hands-on technical delivery role.
• Strong knowledge of data protection, backup and recovery, and disaster recovery technologies.
• Experience designing and implementing solutions across VMware or Hyper-V, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and enterprise storage.
• Ability to convert customer requirements into detailed technical designs and execute them in production.
• Strong independent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for working with technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• hirify.global Certified Engineer or higher-level hirify.global certification.
• Virtualization, cloud, or storage certifications such as VCP or Azure/AWS certifications.
• Experience with infrastructure or product health checks.
• Professional Services experience at a technology vendor or partner.
• Scripting or automation experience with PowerShell or REST API.
