What you will do

• Set and maintain data model quality and system architecture standards for strategic accounts.
• Design sophisticated industrial data models in hirify.global Data Fusion to provide ground truth for LLMs and agentic workflows.
• Architect multi-agent systems combining LLMs, tool use, evaluation loops, and reasoning over industrial data.
• Collaborate directly with customer technical teams to refine use cases and integrate solutions into production.
• Document repeatable architectural patterns that enable scalable enterprise delivery.
• Mentor engineers and feed customer insights into the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering or solution architecture.
• Experience designing and shipping enterprise-scale software architectures, preferably in AI- or data-heavy environments.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering, and modern AI development workflows.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, scalable code and apply testing, version control, and code review practices.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills for technical and executive audiences.
• Customer-facing experience and a builder mindset with the ability to work directly in code when needed.

Nice to have

• Understanding of industrial time-series data and knowledge graphs.
• Experience with hirify.global Data Fusion, vector databases, or RAG architectures.
• Cloud-native development experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Exposure to manufacturing, energy, process industries, or industrial control systems.
• Fluency with agentic coding tools and their implications for software and industrial workflows.
