What you will do

• Develop new banking relationships and service an existing portfolio of small business clients.
• Manage complex and important loan relationships, including portfolios of approximately $15MM–$40MM.
• Evaluate financial statements, tax returns, credit information, and loan requests to recommend appropriate loan structures.
• Negotiate with underwriters and clients to maximize revenue and manage risk.
• Work with branch partners to cross-sell cash management, merchant services, trade services, and other banking products.
• Build referral networks with accountants, attorneys, and other community contacts while meeting sales and calling targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Strong credit skills and the ability to analyze financial statements and tax returns.
• Knowledge of business banking products, including cash management, merchant services, and trade services.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of personal computers and departmental software.
