Relationship Manager Associate (Commercial Banking)

Location: In office at 101 S. Tryon Street, Charlotte, North Carolina, US 28280

Salary: $71,869–$114,797 per year, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Develop and manage profitable relationships with commercial clients and prospects.
• Present banking products, identify client needs, and generate referrals and cross-selling opportunities.
• Prepare relationship plans and calling schedules while building a strong understanding of clients, industries, and business needs.
• Discuss financing opportunities, structure solutions, negotiate transactions, and document and close loan transactions.
• Monitor relationship profitability, portfolio quality, credit risk, account activity, and compliance with bank policies.
• Coordinate with internal departments and product specialists to resolve client needs and support transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of financial services experience.
• At least 2 years of credit experience.
• Knowledge of commercial credit policies, banking operations, credit products, and underwriting standards.
• Credit analysis, accounting, sales, marketing, and cross-selling skills.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in teams.
