Salary: $92,114–$156,880 per year, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Acquire new small business and personal banking relationships while managing an intermediate to large-sized client portfolio.
• Grow deposits, lending, fee income, loans, and client relationships through consultative sales and cross-selling.
• Develop referral and education strategies with RBC USWM Financial Advisors and internal and external partners.
• Provide financial advice, review client needs and financial statements, and recommend appropriate banking products and solutions.
• Manage complex lending requirements, credit pipelines, loan documentation, and portfolio risks.
• Represent the bank in community, civic, business, and industry organizations while maintaining high standards of client service and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of direct sales experience and 10 years of experience in a financial institution.
• Deep knowledge of personal and business banking products, particularly small business offerings.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, including CIP, KYC, Bank Secrecy Act, Community Reinvestment Act, and fair lending practices.
• Ability to analyze business financial statements, negotiate effectively, manage credit risk, and follow lending policies and procedures.
• Must be registered or licensed under the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry, or eligible for registration under the Safe Act, and remain in good standing.
