Field Warranty Performance Manager (HVAC)

Annual base salary: $51,800.00–$93,309.99

What you will do

• Monitor field warranty metrics to identify high-impact issues, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with service teams, dealers, and distributors to ensure accurate warranty practices and policy compliance.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives for field warranty claims.
• Provide recurring field issue feedback to engineering and product management to support product improvements.
• Develop and deliver training and communications for field teams on warranty processes, policies, and technical updates.
• Evaluate service provider performance, support warranty cost reduction programs, prepare leadership reports, and help resolve escalated customer cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or an equivalent combination of field experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in field service operations, technical product support, warranty management, or a related area.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data and communicating insights clearly.
• Experience leading cross-functional collaboration and driving corrective action.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with HVAC or mechanical systems and proficiency with data analysis tools or warranty management systems are preferred.
