Digital Tools Application Engineer (Semiconductor)

Location: Phoenix, AZ, United States; relocation eligible; travel required 50% of the time

What you will do

• Analyze customer technologies and identify high-value problems for the Wafer Result Analytical platform.
• Develop and implement solutions with internal and external customers from initial concept through adoption.
• Manage customer feedback to improve platform value and performance.
• Provide technical leadership for complex application activities and coordinate execution teams during beta deployments, software upgrades, and server installations.
• Lead customer technical reviews and training sessions.
• Collaborate with development, product line, account, and support teams while overseeing small project management activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering.
• 2–10 years of experience in related fields, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
• Customer orientation, intercultural skills, presentation skills, and strong communication abilities.
• Problem-solving orientation and interdisciplinary knowledge.
• Ability to provide technical leadership and manage project planning, execution, and monitoring.

Nice to have

• Experience with metrology or defect review, including ProVision or SEMVision.
• Data analytics skills.
