What you will do

• Optimize and maintain defect metrology and yield systems for technology development and high-volume manufacturing.
• Perform statistical analysis and develop visualizations to create process development roadmaps.
• Analyze process, defect, electrical, experimental, and manufacturing data to identify yield limiters.
• Develop tools, systems, algorithms, and AI/ML applications for high-volume data analysis and patterning solutions.
• Convert manufacturing insights into yield improvement actions and support manufacturability analysis.
• Collaborate with equipment development, operations, automation, and manufacturing teams to maintain data integrity and improve equipment systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in engineering or science, or a master’s degree or higher.
• Software coding experience with Python, C#/.NET, HTML, or JavaScript, with an emphasis on ML/AI.
• Experience with statistical analysis, analytical methods, and preparation of analysis-ready datasets.
• At least 1 year of experience in an advanced manufacturing environment.
• At least two of the following: Git, intermediate-or-better SQL, or 2+ years maintaining and troubleshooting manufacturing automation systems.
• Preferred: US citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a US Government TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
