Infrastructure Support Administrator - Database (Oracle)

Location: Hybrid in or near Richardson, Texas, within a 180-mile radius of the hub

Salary: $66,500–$130,000 per year, plus potential incentive pay of up to 15% of base salary

What you will do

• Scale and improve Oracle Exadata databases and supporting vendor applications.
• Align database and data architecture with billing and payments objectives.
• Evaluate database performance changes through risk assessment, monitoring, testing, and validation.
• Troubleshoot database performance issues and recommend fixes.
• Maintain application servers, service utilities, and databases throughout the product lifecycle.
• Coordinate database access, capacity planning, compliance, and on-call infrastructure support.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Oracle databases.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Developer, OEM, TOAD, DB Artisan, or similar database tools.
• Linux administration experience.
• Experience working with vendors to deliver results.
• Knowledge of AWR and other Oracle performance monitoring tools.
• Must be eligible to work lawfully in the United States immediately; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with application performance tools such as Dynatrace or LRE.
