Director, Strategic Alliances (AI Security)

What you will do

• Own outbound strategic alliances with major enterprise platforms including Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle, Workday, Zendesk, and NVIDIA.
• Evaluate and prioritize inbound partnership requests and define suitable partnership structures.
• Build and scale a technology partner program with tiering, enablement resources, and co-sell motions.
• Define joint value propositions, structure offerings, and take partnerships to market.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to activate and expand partnerships.
• Track partner-influenced and partner-sourced pipeline, revenue impact, and program health.

Requirements

• Experience building alliances with major enterprise technology platforms across two or three companies.
• Ability to explain a repeatable partnership approach, its results, and potential improvements.
• Experience defining offerings, structuring partner frameworks, and executing go-to-market motions.
• Experience across different company sizes, ideally including a large platform company and a startup.
• Background in cybersecurity, data, or AI and understanding of the broader platform ecosystem.
• Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, ownership, and outcome accountability.
