What you will do

• Own the executive relationship and overall global strategy for the Accenture partnership.
• Develop and execute multi-year joint business plans across various industries, regions, and service lines.
• Drive co-innovation of products and services, embedding hirify.global capabilities into Accenture’s OT/ICS consulting and managed services.
• Lead global go-to-market and comarketing motions to generate partner-sourced and influenced revenue.
• Oversee joint messaging, pipeline development, account alignment, and sales forecasting.
• Lead commercial and technical enablement to ensure Accenture teams are trained and certified to scale hirify.global-powered services.

Requirements

• Prior experience working at Accenture with a deep understanding of its service lines, organizational structure, and global execution model.
• 8+ years of experience in alliances, partner management, or business development within cybersecurity, enterprise software, cloud, or OT/ICS sectors.
• Proven track record of leading and scaling large GSI or global strategic partnerships.
• Experience integrating cybersecurity technologies into consulting and managed services portfolios.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across complex matrixed organizations.
• Must be based in the United States.
