Billing and Revenue Specialist

What you will do

• Validate sales orders received in SAP from CRM and ensure compliance with internal policies and US GAAP.
• Process customer invoicing, invoice cancellations, and credit notes.
• Perform revenue recognition, billing and revenue controls, and month-end reporting.
• Review accruals, provisions, write-offs, reconciliations, unbilled balances, and deferred balances.
• Support statutory, VAT, and other audits by preparing documentation and responding to market requests.
• Act as the first point of contact for billing and revenue queries and resolve day-to-day issues.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in finance.
• Understanding of revenue processes and accounting, including order management, CRM, billing, collections, and cash application.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• Fluent English and the local language are mandatory.
• Experience working in multinational and multicultural environments and with remote counterparts.
• Strong communication, teamwork, autonomy, and self-starting skills.
