Accounting Analyst - LATAM

Location: Sao Paulo, Brazil; hybrid workplace

What you will do

• Record invoices, bank statements, payment records, and intercompany transactions in Oracle NetSuite.
• Perform monthly closing procedures, trial balance checks, account reconciliations, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Track vendor invoices, assign correct cost centers, and review employee expense reports.
• Prepare payment plans and share them with the payments team for execution.
• Prepare tax declaration support schedules and share financial documentation with accounting and tax consultants.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports while supporting the Finance Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in accounting, tax, and finance.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures.
• Proactive, self-directed approach with strong initiative.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Advanced English required for daily use and English-language interviews.
