Finance Intern LATAM

What you will do

• Support billing processes, invoice issuance, and basic account reconciliations.
• Track payments, organize financial data, and maintain accurate records across systems and spreadsheets.
• Assist Revenue & Collections activities by monitoring accounts receivable, following up on pending payments, and helping resolve discrepancies.
• Organize financial reports and support analysis of revenue, cash flow, and key financial metrics.
• Document financial routines and help improve consistency across LATAM operations.
• Work with Account Directors and Account Executives to ensure billing accuracy and clear financial communication with clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Current undergraduate student in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Interest in B2B SaaS, community building, and finance.
• Strong written communication and the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels.
• Good organizational skills and familiarity with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, documents, and project trackers.
• Analytical mindset, willingness to learn, ownership, hard work, and a collaborative approach.

Nice to have

• Spanish language skills.
