About the Role

You will identify insurance companies as potential customers, lead the end-to-end enterprise sales process, build relationships with executives, product teams, and developers, partner with product and marketing teams on the insurance sales strategy, and manage the sales pipeline.

Requirements

• 7+ years of quota-carrying experience in a new-revenue role
• 4+ years focused on insurance
• Experience closing enterprise-level deals with large target customers
• Prospecting, qualifying, and negotiating skills
• Consultative sales approach
• Experience with sales development and vertical-focused revenue strategy
• Ability to articulate complex solutions to all levels of an enterprise organization
• Interest in insurance products
• Ability to learn Plaid's APIs

Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and run the end-to-end sales process within the insurance vertical
• Build and maintain relationships with insurance companies from executives to product teams and developers
• Partner with product and marketing teams to define and execute the insurance segment sales strategy
• Manage the pipeline and accurately reflect the probability of close
