Materials Handler (Robotics Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in San Carlos, CA or Hayward, CA
Day shift: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Swing shift: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM

Salary: $25–$32 per hour plus equity

What you will do

• Maintain inventory accuracy across assigned material zones.
• Deliver materials to production lines on time to prevent stoppages and delays.
• Process inbound and outbound shipments with accurate documentation and no compliance issues.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related material-handling equipment safely.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe while adapting to changing production priorities.
• Communicate proactively with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams.

Requirements

• Prior experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or materials handling.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment.
• Comfort using warehouse or inventory management systems and scanning tools.
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and moving materials throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, punctuality, and a safety-first mindset.
• Ability to work on-site in San Carlos or Hayward, California.

Nice to have

• Forklift certification or willingness to become certified on the first day.
• Experience supporting a manufacturing or production environment.
• Familiarity with ERP or MRP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
• Experience with shipping carriers and outbound logistics documentation.
