Junior Collection Supervisor (Auto Finance)

Location: Westlake Services, LLC Corporate Office, Agoura Hills, California, USA; onsite role. Requires a flexible 8-hour schedule, including evenings, weekends, overtime, and occasional light travel.

Salary: $22.00 per hour plus bonus potential.

What you will do

• Assist management with oversight of the servicing and collections department and directly supervise 15 or more employees.
• Monitor call volume, live reports, phone handling, account audits, call scoring, attendance, and compliance.
• Coach agents through difficult or hostile customer calls and organize training for underperforming employees.
• Review delinquent accounts, organize collection workloads, assign accounts, verify account accuracy, and support difficult collection cases.
• Authorize or refer accounts for repossession and legal action while resolving escalated issues and complaints.
• Prepare staff reviews and reports, standardize procedures, coordinate workflows, and participate in interviewing, hiring, and training.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisor or manager role with 5 or more direct reports.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, prioritization, judgment, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Experience interpreting and explaining policies, diffusing hostile callers, and developing and delivering training.
• Ability to maintain an 8-hour shift and meet daily deadlines under time constraints.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including overtime, weekends, and evening shifts.
