Billing and Revenue Associate

What you will do

• Validate sales orders received in SAP from CRM and confirm compliance with internal processes, US GAAP, and company policies.
• Process customer invoices, invoice cancellations, and credit notes.
• Process revenue recognition and perform billing and revenue controls.
• Prepare accruals, provisions, write-offs, reconciliations, and billing and revenue reports.
• Generate month-end reports on unbilled and deferred balances under US GAAP, statutory rules, and global processes.
• Support markets during CAS, statutory, VAT, and other audits by providing required documentation.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in finance.
• Understanding of revenue processes and accounting, including order management, CRM, billing, collections, and cash application.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
• Experience working in multinational and multicultural environments and with remote counterparts.
• Strong communication, teamwork, autonomy, and self-starting skills.
