Senior Analyst Billing

What you will do

• Manage complex billing processes across the full Order-to-Cash cycle while meeting accuracy, compliance, and service-level requirements.
• Analyze financial transactions, perform reconciliations, and validate data integrity.
• Investigate billing discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective solutions.
• Support financial close activities, internal controls, and audit processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process optimization, control improvements, and financial automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Solid experience in Billing, Accounts Receivable, Finance Operations, or Order-to-Cash processes.
• Knowledge of complex billing, reconciliations, discrepancy management, operational analysis, and financial close activities.
• Experience with financial ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience managing large volumes of financial data.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail, results orientation, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
