FP&A Jr Analyst, Finance

What you will do

• Track revenue performance against targets and identify gaps, trends, and key business drivers.
• Support revenue planning and forecasting by updating models, consolidating inputs, and validating assumptions.
• Perform variance analysis and maintain accurate forecast outputs.
• Prepare dashboards and reports while improving processes through automation, standardization, and simplification.
• Collaborate with Commercial teams and Finance leadership to validate pipeline assumptions and communicate risks and opportunities.
• Reconcile data across systems, reporting tools, and planning outputs, resolving discrepancies and maintaining data integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in financial planning and analysis; relevant NIQ internship experience is applicable.
• Advanced financial modeling and big data management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Power BI, OneStream, and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Advanced English is required because the role supports North America.
