Bilingual Field Recruiter

Location: Denver, Colorado; candidates must be based out of Colorado and support sites across the state. Work takes place on site or in the hirify.global office where applicable, with travel required for regional staffing support.

Salary: $63,000–$69,000 per year

What you will do

• Partner with Operations and Human Resources leaders to address site-level staffing needs.
• Create and implement recruiting best practices for sites with urgent hiring needs.
• Lead high-volume job fairs and hiring events, including prescreening, interviewing, and extending offers.
• Manage onboarding approvals, background checks, drug tests, and applicant tracking data.
• Track open positions, applicant flow, interviews, hires, and turnover across assigned regions.
• Travel to supported sites and assist with recruiting during transitions or periods of increased demand.

Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish proficiency required.
• Associate degree or six months to one year of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination.
• Strong interpersonal communication and a people-focused approach.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple events, positions, and sites.
• Ability to analyze recruiting statistics and communicate staffing insights.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.
