Bilingual Field Recruiter (Spanish)

Location: Atlanta, GA; candidates are expected to be based in Iowa and travel to supported sites is required.

Salary: $58,000–$61,000 per year

What you will do

• Partner with Operations and HR leaders to identify staffing needs and maintain strong frontline hiring pipelines.
• Own recruiting strategies for assigned sites and regions, including urgent staffing calls and recruiting best practices.
• Lead high-volume job fairs and hiring events, including prescreening, interviewing, extending offers, and onboarding.
• Track open positions, applicant flow, interviews, hires, and turnover in the applicant tracking system.
• Coordinate background checks, drug tests, new-hire approvals, and recruiting activity reporting.
• Travel to supported sites and assist with transitions and regional staffing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish and English communication skills required.
• People-focused approach and ability to manage high-volume interactions.
• Strong organization skills for managing multiple events, positions, and sites.
• Associate degree, six months to one year of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination.
• Valid driver's license may be required.
• Ability to travel and work on site or in an SBM office when applicable.
