Recruiter - Bilingual Spanish / English - Manufacturing High Volume (Mountain or Pacific time zone)

What you will do

• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to define role specifications and provide relevant market data.
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing, sourcing, and talent pipeline strategies with internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate candidate profiles against requirements and present strong candidate slates.
• Keep candidates engaged through timely communication and progress updates.
• Support hiring leaders with offer details using market data and compensation guidelines.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of recruiting experience.
• High-volume recruiting experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Spanish proficiency required; bilingual Spanish and English capability required.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and social media recruiting tools.
• Knowledge of Human Resources principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics.
• Availability Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, aligned with the Mountain or Pacific time zone.
