60-Day Collections Representative (Auto Finance)

Location: On-site in Agoura Hills, California, USA

Salary: $19.50 per hour plus bonus potential of up to $4,800 per month based on individual and team performance.

What you will do

• Manage customer accounts that are 31–60 days past due and reduce delinquency within the assigned queue.
• Make high-volume outbound calls and negotiate payment plans or timely arrangements.
• Meet daily and monthly performance goals while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
• Use skip-tracing tools to locate customers or collateral when necessary.
• Coordinate with repossession agents to secure collateral when required.
• Collaborate with teammates and follow company policies to support accurate, professional customer interactions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 35 WPM typing speed with strong computer and data-entry skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
• Understanding of collection laws, including the FDCPA.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and web-based applications.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends when needed.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience in a collections environment.
• Auto collections experience.
• Knowledge of repossession or skip-tracing procedures.
