Senior Data Scientist (AI/ML)

What you will do

• Design advanced analytics and machine learning solutions for customer behavior, conversion, churn, and value modeling.
• Define business questions, target variables, populations, and analytical approaches for complex data science initiatives.
• Lead projects from analysis and model development through production deployment, experimentation, implementation, and measurement.
• Build end-to-end data pipelines and machine learning models, including next best action frameworks using reinforcement learning and neural networks.
• Research, evaluate, and integrate emerging data science, AI, open-source, and third-party technologies.
• Partner with engineers, architects, and business stakeholders; provide technical guidance and communicate insights and business value to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in data science, advanced analytics, and machine learning.
• Experience with data mining architectures, advanced analytical models, and the end-to-end data science lifecycle.
• Experience delivering AI/ML solutions into production, including generative AI and advanced analytics.
• Strong experience with Python, R, SQL, cloud-based data and analytics platforms, and visualization tools such as QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical insights into business value.
