Location: Fully remote, with listed locations in Belgium, Italy, Germany, Greece, and Spain

What you will do
- Develop data-driven solutions aligned with business challenges, opportunities, and strategic objectives.
- Help define the data science roadmap and priorities with leadership.
- Build, deploy, maintain, and improve machine learning models for forecasting, optimization, and business outcomes.
- Analyze complex datasets and visualize actionable findings for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Advise on, build, and continuously improve the data science pipeline for analytics needs.
- Collaborate with business leaders, product managers, engineers, and other cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of data science experience solving complex business problems with data.
- Strong understanding of business operations, analytical problem-solving, and complex or unstructured data.
- Ability to translate technical insights into business recommendations and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Python, R, or Scala; experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or Scikit-learn.
- Experience with SQL, large datasets, cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, and big data tools such as Hadoop or Spark.
