Location: Remote (Must reside in one of the following US states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Virginia)

Salary: $75,265 - $109,761 per year

What you will do

• Conduct market and competitive research on health insurance offerings, including plan designs, benefit structures, and pricing.
• Develop and maintain models to forecast membership growth and retention rates for strategic decision-making.
• Analyze product performance across growth, utilization, and margin metrics using recurring dashboards.
• Support product teams during regulatory filing cycles through data validation and QA.
• Translate complex data analyses into structured insights and briefing materials for product leadership.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience developing and managing commercial insurance products.
• Must reside in one of the specified US states.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• BS/BA degree in a quantitative or healthcare field (Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or Finance).
• 1+ years in a fast-paced environment such as consulting, finance, or business development.
• Prior experience in the Health Insurance or Healthcare industry.
• Experience working with large datasets and distilling them into actionable business insights.
