Healthcare Growth Strategy & Data Analytics Professional (Medicaid)

Location: Remote, US Nationwide. Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required, with travel of up to 5%.

Salary: $71,100–$97,800 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Support Data Parade operations by managing the intake, prioritization, tracking, and fulfillment of analytics requests.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and visualizations for enrollment, STARS, HEDIS, and RFP source-of-truth resources.
• Analyze clinical, quality, financial, operational, and market data to support Medicaid RFP development and pipeline strategy.
• Partner with proposal teams and internal subject-matter experts to translate data into actionable insights and supporting materials.
• Manage centralized data repositories, resolve discrepancies, and support data quality assurance and documentation.
• Collaborate with Growth Strategy, Capture, Product, and other stakeholders across Medicaid, Medicare, and dual-eligible programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or healthcare analytics.
• At least 2 years of healthcare experience, preferably in Medicaid managed care or government-sponsored programs.
• At least 1 year of experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Experience working with structured datasets such as enrollment, claims, quality metrics, or operational data.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, data validation, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Medicaid RFP development or business development analytics.
• Experience maintaining dashboards and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with Medicaid performance metrics, including HEDIS, STARS, and enrollment trends.
• Experience with centralized data repositories or source-of-truth environments.
• SQL or data-querying experience.
